踝关节骨折脱位手术疗效分析

Analysis on the Effect of Operation for Fracture Dislocation of the Ankle

目的:探讨踝关节骨折脱位手术治疗的意义。方法:自1998年5月至2004年8月收治经手术治疗踝关节骨折脱位病例,其中38例行手术治疗。术后早期功能锻炼。结果:本组病例除1例内踝骨不连外,其余均已骨性愈合,暂未见骨关节炎病例。结论:踝关节骨折脱位手术治疗效果良好,适于临床开展。

Objective： To explore the significance of operative treatment for fracture dislocation of the ankle. Method： 38 cases with fracture dislocation of the ankle from 1998 to 2004 were given operative treatment and early functional rehabilitation. Result： There was one nonunion of fracture, and other fractures healed well. None osteoarthritis occurred in all cases. Conclusion： Operation is significantly effective on the treatment of fracture dislocation of the ankle.
