摘要
目的:观察消糖胶囊对糖尿病性肾病大鼠血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ(AⅡ)和醛固酮(ald)的影响,探讨消糖胶囊对糖尿病大鼠肾脏保护作用的机制。方法:采用单侧肾脏切除加四氧嘧啶注射法复制糖尿病肾病大鼠模型,将实验大鼠随机分为正常组,模型组,开博通组,消糖胶囊大、中、小剂量组,每组10只。灌胃给药4周后,分别测定大鼠血浆AⅡ、ald、肾功能、24 h尿白蛋白排泄量。结果:模型组尿素氮、肌酐、尿蛋白排泄量明显高于正常组(P<0.05)。消糖胶囊大、中、小剂量组尿素氮、肌酐、尿蛋白排泄量、血浆AⅡ含量均显著低于模型组(P<0.05),而血浆醛固酮含量则明显高于模型组(P<0.05);与开博通组比较,各项指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:消糖胶囊对糖尿病性肾病大鼠肾脏的保护作用可能与调节血浆中AⅡ和ald的含量有关。
Objective :To observe the effects of Xiao-tang capsule (XTC)on the serum levels of angiotensin Ⅱ and aldosterone in diabetic nephropathy rats,for further investgating the mechanism of XTC in protecting the renal function of the diabetic rats. Method: One-side nephrectomy and tetraoxypyrimidine injection methods were employed to make the diabetic rat model. The diabetic rats were randomly divided into control group, Captopri group, large, middle and low dose group of XTC and model group, there were 10 rats in each group. Four weeks after intragastric administration, the effects of XTC on the renal function, the excretion quantity of urinary albumin during 24 hours and the serum lcvcls of angiotensin Ⅱ and aldosterone were observed. Result: The levels of urea nitrogen, creatinine and the excretion quantity of urinary albumin of the model group were significantly higher than those of the normal group ( P 〈 0.05 ). The levels of urea nitrogen, creatinine and the excretion quantity of urinary albumin and angiotensin Ⅱ of the groups treated with large, middle and low dose of XTC were significantly lower than those in the model group (P 〈 0.05 ), while the serum level of aldosterone was significantly higher than that in model team (P 〈 0.05 ), but there was no statistical difference in the above-mentioned indexes among the groups treated with large, middle and low dose of XTC and Captopri group ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion : The protective effects of XTC on rat diabetic nephropathy may be related with regulating the serum levels of angiotensin Ⅱ and aldosteronc.
