摘要
介绍了有机试剂5-甲基-3-对乙氧苯基-2-硫代乙内酰脲与Cu2+的络合反应。研究发现,在pH5.91的KH2PO4-Na2HPO4的缓冲溶液中,Cu2+与该试剂形成1∶3的络合物,其最大吸收峰位于292.0nm处,摩尔吸光系数ε292.0nm=2.5×104L·mol-1·cm-1,Cu2+浓度在0—30μg/25mL范围内呈线性关系,相关系数r=0.9987。该法操作简单,选择性高,已满意地用于铝合金中微量铜的测定,回收率为97.8%—98.0%。
In pH=5.91 KH2PO4-Na2HPO4 buffer solution,Cu( Ⅱ ) reacts with 5-methyl-3-p- ethoxy-2-thio hydantoin,and forms a 1 : 3 complex with apparent molar absorptivity (292. 0nm) of 2. 5× 10^4L· mol^-1· cm^-1. The linear relation is in the range of 0-30μg/25mL. This method was applied to the determination of copper in aluminum alloy with agreeable results.
