The capital cultural security system has clarified the construction thinking, general framework, working content, construction focus and operating mode of the prevention and control network through two-year exploration and practice. The experience of the network construction is： to have indepth recognition of the rule of maintaining stability, symptom treatment, stopping leaks in cultural security work and handling the focus of prevention and control network construction in cultural security system; to actively adjust to the mobility of public order development, to innovate the working mode and mechanism of cultural security by making use of advanced scientific and technological skills; to enhance the construction of the network with a realistic and pragmatic attitude.
