论证据的充分性

On the Sufficiency of Evidence

作为定案依据的证据体系对案件真实的证明程度必须达到充分。应该从证据充分性的前提、证明对象与证据的关系、证据的来源、证明过程、证明责任等方面来综合判断证据的充分性。

The evidence must be sufficient to reflect the given crime. Such sufficiency should be tested from such aspects as the preconditions, the relationship between objects and evidence, the source, the proving process and the proving duties.
