活塞压缩机气阀选用中的若干问题

Some Problems in Valve Selection of Piston Compressor

针对将同一气阀用于不同工况的现象，通过理论分析和数值计算，对气阀的工作性能参数进行了研究，以南方某炼厂两台分别压缩Ｎ２和Ｈ２的压缩机使用相同气阀进行性能参数考证，利用计算机程序给出了ｈ～θ及ｄｈ／ｄθ～θ曲线，证明同一气阀用于不同工况是不合理的。

To counter the phenomenon that the same valves are used in different conditions, the performance factor has been studied in terms of theoretical analysis and digital calculation. Taking two compressors of N 2 and H 2 used in a refinery in South China for example, the performance of these valves has been checked, the curves of h～θ and d h d θ～θ of these valve plates have been given with the aid of computer program in this article. It is proved that using the same valves in different conditions is not rational.
