摘要
充分利用学校隐性的、潜在的德育资源是改进和提高大学生思想教育的有效途径。其中,德育教师的品德、语言举止、亲和力等因素,是促进大学生思想认识水平提高的至关重要的隐性教育资源。
Taking full advantage of recessive resources of school moral education is an effective avenue to improve undergraduate ideological education .Moral character, language, behavior, affinity, etc.of moral education teachers are important resources of recessive education.
