摘要
在H2气氛中合成含Ni的催化剂,用于液相乙醇羰基化制丙酸及丙酸乙酯。考察了反应温度、CO压力、催化剂助剂、络合配位体以及溶剂等因素对催化剂活性和选择性的影响。在250℃、2.0MPa的CO、乙醇Ni三苯基膦I2为85121(mol)的条件下,乙醇转化率73%,丙酸和丙酸乙酯的选择性90%。
A homogeneous Ni complex catalyst was prepared under H 2 atmosophere and used for carbonylation of ethanol to propionic acid and ethyl propionate.The effect of temperature,partial pressure of CO,promoters,ligands and solvents has been studied.Under the reaction conditions of 250℃,2.0 MPa CO partial pressure,and ethanol∶Ni∶Ph 3P∶I 2=85∶1∶2∶1(mol),the conversion of ethanol reaches 70%,and the selectivity of propionic acid and ethyl propionate reaches 90%.
