摘要 介绍了厚壁加氢反应器无损检测的方法和标准,以及通过反应器材料挂片试块的却贝冲击试验测定反应器材料使用5年后的脆化程度,并确定了反应器加全压时所需的最低温度。在推导出反应器材料使用5年后断裂韧度值K_(IC)的基础上,对两台反应器的缺陷进行了安全评定。 Abstract in this paper,the method and standards of non-destructive examination(NDE) for hydrogenation reactors are introduced.Through the Charpy impact test of the reactor-hang-block,it has been mensurated that the rate of temper embrittlement of the reactor material after being used 5 years and the minimum temperature of reactors full being pressured or water-pressure-test.It is analyzed and deduced that the fracture toughness KIC of the reactor material after being used 5 years.The two reactors is safety after analysising the flaw that exist in the reactors with fracture mechanics method.
