摘要
1315甲氨管线是化肥厂尿素车间较长的高温管线之一,工作时机械振动过大,严重影响着安全生产。笔者利用动力有限元法对该管线的固有频率和振幅进行了分析计算,提出了减振的改造方案。改造后的管线经现场测试,振幅均在200μm以下,平均振幅降低了54.4%,取得了明显的减振效果,确保了设备的安全可靠运行。
Abstract ammonia nitrogen pipeline is one of very long and high temperature pipeline in the urea shop of fertilizer plant,which effected the safety in production because its vibration is bigger in the work times.Therefore,the fundamental frequency and amplitude of the pipeline are calculated by the dynamical finite element method,and the modification version is presented and operated in the stop work period.The test results show that the pipeline amplitude is lower than 200μm and the average amplitude decreased 54.4%,which arrived the efficiency vibration damping result and make the equipments safety in production.
