摘要
针对目前国际贸易结算中信用证诈骗频发的现象,对信用证诈骗问题进行了有益的探讨,分析了信用证诈骗的方式、特征,提出了有效的防范诈骗风险的措施,以期对外贸企业安全收取外汇能有所帮助。
The article gives a favorable discussion on the topic of the L/C bluff in the international settlement which happens frequently nowadays. It analyzes the ways and characters as well as pointing out the effective measures on preventing against the risk. It＇s also expected to be helpful for the foreign exchange.
