摘要
针对国内中、低温光电测温仪不能准确反映空心抽油杆杆体在感应加热过程中的实际温度,造成加热温度不准确而影响质量的问题,利用能量守恒原理,对感应加热过程中杆体所需功率和感应器功率,以及感应器电效率和热效率进行了计算,并给出不同生产效率下,感应器功率与杆体温升的关系曲线,以便于生产厂准确设计和使用感应加热设备。
In the light of the status that the actual temperature of the rod body of hollow sucker rod in induction heating cannot be measured accurately by the photoelectric thermometer,by using the energy conservation principle,the power required for heating the rod body,the power of the inductor,and its electric efficiency and heat efficiency are calculated,and the relation curves of inductor power versus temperature rise of the rod body with different production efficiency are presented.
