焦化废水中酚对水煤浆流变性能的影响 被引量:10

摘要 用不同浓度的含酚废水对新疆的1号、2号煤进行了制浆性能的试验,其结果是废水水煤浆流变特性主要表现为屈服假塑性,表观黏度是酚浓度的减函数,可以制出浓度为63%、表观黏度小于1 000 mPa.s、稳定性能良好的水煤浆,并分析了含酚污水制浆方法,提出了水煤浆治理含酚污水的新工艺。实际应用表明,该技术不仅可以达到治理含酚污水的目的,还可以提供一种理想的代油燃料。 The tests of coal water mixture preparation features for Xinjiang No. 1 coal and No. 2 coal were conducted with waste water with different phenol contents. The results showed that reheological features of the coal water mixture with the waste water main were yield false plastic. The surface viscosity is the reduction function of the phenol contents. Good stabilized coal water mixture can be prepared with the phenol content of 63 % and the surface viscosity of 1 000 mPa. s. The paper analyzed preparation method with phenol waste water. The paper provided the new technology to phenol waste water control with coal water mixture preparation. The practical application showed that the technology could treat the phenol waste water and also could provide rational fuel to replace oil.
