摘要
介绍了液压支柱内嵌式和外包式底座与油缸筒体的连接结构;分析了不同底座结构与油缸筒体连接部位的受力特点,并对外包式底座与油缸筒体之间的接触应力进行了计算;通过对不同连接结构油缸筒体的有限元分析和计算,得出了外包式底座的连接结构形式更有利于密封的结论。
The paper introduced the connecting between the insert or outer base and the hydraulic cylinder of the hydraulic powered leg. The paper analyzed the stressed features of the connecting structure between the different base structure and the hydraulic cylinder. The calculated the connecting stress between the out base and hydraulic cylinder of the hydraulic leg. With the finite element analysis and calculation of the hydraulic leg with the different connected structure, the paper has got a conclusion that the connecting structure of the out base would be more suitable to seal.
