摘要
本文通过工业生产试验,实现了含S、Al钢连铸生产的有效控制。控制钢液的精炼过程成分和精炼渣的组态是控制可浇性的关键,文章还用模式识别的算法建立了这一控制的模型并对可浇性结果进行了跟踪预报。
The continuous casting production of steel containing sulphur and aluminium in has been controlled efficiently during the trial commercial production. The key points of castability control arc the control of the refining process and the contents of the steel and the slag. A control model has been established by means of pattern recognition calculation, which can be used to forecast the castability of the steel.
