摘要
论述了自吸离心油泵吸入条件的两个决定因素——吸入能力和吸入装置。泵的吸入能力取决于泵的汽蚀余量和最大自吸高度。吸入装置包括吸入液面至泵进口处的管路、阀件等。通过理论分析和试验,给出了粘性液体的汽蚀余量和最大自吸高度的计算方法,吸入装置管路中液体运动粘度与水力坡度的关系,以及虹吸管路无气阻条件下的临界安装高度。这说明一台性能优良的泵,还需与之相匹配的吸入装置才能获得最佳工作状态。
The two factors for determining the suction conditions of a self-suction centrifugal oil pump-suction capability and suction facilities are expounded. The suction capability of the pump depends on the cavitation margin and the maximum self-suction height of the pump. The suction facilities include the pipeline from the suction fluid surface to the inlet of the pump and valves and fittings.By means of test and analysis, the methods for calculating the cavitation margin and maximum self-suction height of viscous fluid are given,the relation between the kinematic viscosity and hydraulic grade of the fluid in the suction pipeline is described,and the critical mounting height of the siphon pipe under the condihon of no gas resistance is presented.
