教师人格对学生人格的发展具有重要作用。教师应该具备甘为人梯、自尊自强、诚信友善、乐观向上等人格特征,具有君子风范,使优秀的人格基因得以遗传。卑劣人格的教师将会导致学生人格的反向发展,其危害难以估量。

Teachers＇ personality plays an important part in the devolpment of students＇ personality. Teachers should possess such personality characteristic as being ladders, self-esteem and strive, sincere and frindly and optimistic upward. They should possess gentlemen styles so that excellent personality gene can be hereditary. On the other hand,the teachers with base personality will lead to the opposite development of students＇ personality,the harm of which can＇t be estmated.
