摘要
对湖北省10所职业技术学院974名学生进行抽样调查,结果表明:职业院校学生对心理压力有所了解,大多数学生认为心理压力会对自己产生负面影响,而正面效应对学习生活的作用被忽视;学生的压力来源主要有就业问题、学业问题、人际关系问题、经济问题等;学生应对压力的方式主要是自己解决,在遇到压力时最先求助的对象是同学、父母、朋友,但问及理想的求助对象时,心理咨询人员却成为主要求助对象。
Spot check to 974 students in ten vocational and technical schools in Hubei province shows that students knows mental pressure will bring harmful effects, but positive effects of mental pressure are unseen by them. Students mental pressure are mainly caused by employment, study, human relations and economy problems. They usually attempt to release pressure by themselves and often ask for aid from classmates, parents and friends while facing problems. But they regard psychological consultants as their perfect aiders.
