心理健康教育:高职学院思想政治教育的突破口

The Mental Health Education is the Outbreak of Ideological and Political Education in Higher Vocational Schools

研究、探索高职生心理问题及对策,对加强和改进学生思想政治教育具有现实意义。由于理想与现实的矛盾、认知存在偏差、缺乏应对问题的策略与能力等原因,高职生普遍存在学习压力大、人际关系紧张、情感困惑、人生信仰缺失等心理问题。鉴于此,正确认识高职生特点,合理确立心理健康教育目标,通过建立危机干预机制、开展心理咨询及举办各种宣传教育活动等,提高高职生心理素质,从而加强思想政治教育的效果。

Taking research and exploration to higher vocational school students＇ mental problems is of reality significance to strengthen and improve students＇ ideological and political education. Higher vocational school students generally have mental problems like great learning pressure, tension with others or lack of human belief, etc. Thus, higher vocational schools should set up reasonable mental health education targets according to higher vocational school students＇ characteristics, carry on psychological consultation to students so as to improve their psvchological qualitv and enhance effects of ideological and political education.
