高职院校师德现状的调查分析

Analysis on the Survey of Teachers′ Ethic Education in Higher Vocational Schools

就整体而言,当前高职院校师德的主流是好的,大部分教师具有较高的政治素质和良好的敬业精神。但部分教师的业务水平不高,"师爱"不足,学生与教师之间缺乏应有的尊重,对教风、学风建设产生了不利影响,年轻教师的师德意识有待进一步加强。学校应制定教师行为规范及相应的教师考核机制进行引导、教育和管理。

In the lump teachers in higher vocational and schools have good moral qualities, but some teachers are not competent enough in their teaching ability and knowledge. And there is a lack of mutual respect between teachers and students. All these problems have harmed the style of learning. Thus, teachers, especially young teachers, should improve their consciousness of moral quality. And higher vocational schools should erect relative examination systems for teachers＇ ethic education.
