摘要
基于由微扰理论导出的近似计算方法和对多层介质光栅耦合器耦合特性的研究,本文研究了含有矩形剖面光栅层的介质簿膜光栅耦合器的宽带工作特性,探讨了宽带耦和器设计的必要条件。
The investigation of broad -band coupling characterstics of thin-film dielectric coupler with rectangular - profiled grating has been made, and necessary conditions of the broad-band-coupler's designing have been discussed,which is gased on the approximate method derived from the perturbation theory,and on the study of coupling characterstics of grating coupler with multilayer dielectric.
