本文分析了军事装备管理系统的特点、运行环境和系统目标，研究人工智能及专家系统在军事装备管理中的应用，提出了军事装备管理专家系统总体设计及网络数据库设计、知识库和知识表示、推理策略和知识获取等及其实现步骤，并给出了军事装备管理专家系统的开发过程和实施程序。

The special characteristics,the running environments and the system targets of military equipment management system are analysized,the application of Artificial Intelligence and Expert System in militaruy equipment management systemare dixcussed,the general design,knowledge base and knowledge representation,inference tactics and knowledge acquisition are put forward,the developing process and realizing programme of military equipment management expert system are set forth.
