摘要
自20世纪90年代中后期起,我国陆续进行了经理股票期权的试点,并取得了一定的成效,但同时也存在着许多有待改进的地方。阐述了股票期权在我国的应用状况,指出了其中的一些问题,并提出了改进的建议。
Although our country has set up experimental units for management stock option in succession since mid - and- late 1990 and achieved scxne favorable effects, mine problems still remain there to be solved and improved. This essay expatiates the application of stock option in our country, points out some problems in it and .puts forward scxne suggestions for improvement.
