摘要
以郑州市生产安全应急救援体系建设方案为例,详细论述了我国应急救援体系建设的现状及存在的问题,应急救援体系建设的目标和原则,以及应急救援体系运行管理体制和应急响应机制。
An effective work safety emergency management can enable to minimise losses and maximise opportunities. The paper gives a good example of how to plan a work safety emergency management system. There are several elements are included： the current problems, emergency management system＇s objectives, principles and operation, emergency response.
