摘要
语言和文化之间存在着一种辩证关系。语言是文化的载体,文化对语言反过来起着制约作用。大学英语教学不仅是语言教学,也是文化教学。以此为前提,从理论语言学、学生自身和教师素质3个方面探索了大学英语教学中忽视文化渗透的原因。在大学英语教学实践中,从词汇、习语、语用和非语言交际4个角度加强对学生的文化渗透,从而培养学生跨文化交际的能力。
There is a dialectical relationship between language and culture. Language is the carrier of culture and in turn is influenced by eulture. College English teaehing is not only the process of language teaehing but also that of eultural teaehing. Accordingly, the article explores the reasons why eulture infiltration is ignored in college English teaehing from the following three aspeets - theoretical linguistics, the qualities of students and teaehers. Finally, the artiele points out in college English teaching culture infiltration should be strengthened from sueh four aspects as vocabulary, idioms, pragmatics and nonverbal communication.
