摘要
大学二年级英语课堂上普遍存在着发言不积极、讨论不热烈的现象,这于学习英语是不利的。在对这种沉默现象进行了问卷调查后,从多方面对调查结果进行了分析,试图找到造成这种现象的原因,并提出了一些解决办法和措施,其中包括在教学中曾经使用过的方法和措施。
Students speak less and the group discussions are less hot in college English classes in the second year. This paper analyzes the causes of this kind of silence which exists commonly. The paper also offers some measure.s to break the silence. Some measures have been tested in the writer's teaching.
