摘要
“以人为本”地开展群众体育工作,是当前贯彻落实中共中央、国务院发布的《关于进一步加强和改进新时期体育工作的意见》的一种新思路。结合新形势、新任务以及城市社区群众体育工作的实际,对如何开展城市社区体育工作进行了探讨。
The idea of people centrality means that in the economic construction people are starting and final points and that in the social life people＇ s all - round and unrestrained development should be concerned . This paper deals with the measures of the civic community PE activities. How to give full play to people＇s dynamic role and how to promote people＇ s all - round development are penetrated . We should ponder how to educate, mould, and enhance the health of the people when building the harmonious society, fostering new people with new qualities .
