继续教育如何利用现代远程开放教育来发展自己,是值得认真研究的一个课题。继续教育与现代远程开放教育在教育观念、教育对象、学习模式上有不同,但也有相同,因而继续教育在系统网络、学习资源、教学模式、管理模式上与现代远程开放教育是完全可以结合的,并且二者的结合会使继续教育达到一个新水平。

How to utilize modern open-ended distance education to develop continuing education is a theme worthwhile studied in depth. Continuing education shares some common points with modern open-ended distance education but differs from one another too in educational concept, educational object and learning model. Just in this sense, continuing education can combine closely with modern open- ended distance education with regard to systematic network, learning resource, and management pattern. The combination of these two educational patterns will promote the continuing education to a new level.
