腔镜甲状腺手术拉钩的临床应用

Invention and Clinical application of specialized endoscopic thyroidectomy＇s retractor

目的：研制腔镜甲状腺手术拉钩并探讨其临床使用价值。方法：在腔镜甲状腺手术中应用腔镜甲状腺手术拉钩11例，8例为肿物〈5cm的单纯性甲状腺瘤。2例肿物〉5cm，其中结节性甲状腺肿4例，单侧直径在5～7cm大小。甲状腺功能亢进1例，单侧约8cm×6cm×4cm。结果：该组11例在腔镜甲状腺手术拉钩的帮助下手术均成功，无中转开放手术。无并发症发生，术后恢复良好，效果满意。结论：腔镜甲状腺手术拉钩的应用扩大了手术适应证，使手术的损伤减小，手术野暴露更清楚。

Objective： To invent the specialized endoscopic thyroideetomy＇s retractor and evaluate its clinical application. Methods： 15 cases were operated using specialized endoscopic thyroidectomy＇s retractor. Results： All of the 15 cases were successfully performed with the help of the specialized rectractor.Laparotomy or compications did not occulted. The 15 patients recovered steadily and quickly. Conclusions： Application of the specialized rectractor expands operation adaptation, minimize the invasion, expose the operation view.
