摘要
提出了计算隧穿问题的一种新方法,即用一系列方势垒代替给定的势垒,然后通过求解薛定谔方程得到变换矩阵和透射系数.该方法适用于任意形状的势垒.
A new algorithm for calculating tunneling problems is presented. A series of rectangular potential barriers are substituted for a given potential barrier. Under this approximative condition, the transfer matrix and the transmission coefficient are obtained by the solution of Schrdinger equation. This algorithm is applied to potential barriers with an arbitrary profile. Numerical analysis shows that this algorithm gives very high accuracy.
