宫腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除术后疗效观察

The observation of the effect of transcervical resecton of submucous myoma/s after operation

目的：评估黏膜下子宫肌瘤宫腔镜下切除术的效果。方法：分析该院56例有症状的黏膜下子宫肌瘤，均采用宫腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除术，术后平均随访40个月，其中异常子宫出血32例，不育者24例。18例要求术后有生育；观察生育力及月经过多改善的效果。结果：一次手术控制子宫出血27例，3例行二次手术控制，2例痛经复发；9例后成功怀孕，8例正常分娩，1例流产，术后2例复发，均行二次手术，效果良好。结论：经阴道宫腔镜黏膜下子宫肌瘤切除术能有效的控制异常子宫出血及改善生育力。

Objective： The evaluation of the effect of transcervical resection of cubmucous myomas in patients. Methods： Patients with abnormal uterine bleeding （n=32） and/or infertility （n=24） were submitted to hysteroscopic resection. The mean follow-up was 40 months, Main outcome measures： control of menorrhagia and reproductive outcome. Results： Abnormal uterine bleeding was contrlolled in 27 with one procedure; 3 needed a second procedure. 2 patients had menorrhagic pathology relapse, Among 24 patients with associated infertility pregnancy was achieved in 9 cases, 8 went to rerm and one miscarried; 2 patient that recurrence needed a second procedure. Conclusions： Transcervical hysteroscopic resection of submucous myomas is effective for control of abnormal uterine bleeding and improve is effective for control of abnormal uterine bleeding and improve fertility.
