This paper indicates that the developing trend of women＇s volleyball should he becoming the combination of higher, faster, and more changeable after analyzing the t strong teams＇ technique statistics of the Top four of Asian women＇ s volleyball championship; and that the key player and her psychological quality will play very important mils during the matches; and then every team ought to communicate and co-operate each other with the scientific training.
