摘要
根据运动技能迁移原理,论证自由体操与竞技健美操之间可进行运动技能迁移。具备自由体操技能的运动员可进行竞技健美操的专项技术培训,这对迅速提高我国的竞技健美操水平具有十分重要的作用。
Based on the skill transfer principles, this paper demonstrated sporting skills between free exercise and competitive aerobics can be transfered. Therefore, by means of documents study and comparative, it also showed out that it is very important for improving our competitive aerobics level to train free exercisers with specific skills.
