胆囊切除术后胆道动力障碍辨证分型与胆总管直径相关性初步研究

Clinical Study on Relationship Between Bile Common Duct Diameter and Syndrome Differentiation in Post-cholecystectomy Blocked Dynamia

目的:探讨胆囊切除术后胆道动力障碍(PCBD)的中医辨证分型与胆总管直径的相关性。方法:采用B超观察112例PCBD患者胆总管直径。结果:脾胃虚弱型胆总管直径均明显高于其他证型,其次为肝胃不和型和肝胆湿热型。结论:在PCBD辨证时,结合胆总管直径检测结果有利于提高辨证的准确性。

Objective： To study the relationship between bile common duct diameter and syndrome of post-cholecystectomy blocked dynamia （PCBD）. Methods：To observe the bile common duct of 112 subjects with B-uhrasound. Results：The diameters of bile common duct in subjects with syndrome of deficiency of spleen and stomach are higher than those with syndrome of liverstomach disharmony and syndrome of dampness-heat of liver and gallbladder. Conclusion：Diameter of bile common duct is an useful index in syndrome differentiation in PCBD.
