乳腺增生病患者舌面各部红外辐射光谱比较

Comparison of Infrared Spectrums of Different Areas of Tongue Surface of Patients with Hyperplasia of Breast Glands

目的:比较乳腺增生病患者舌前、舌中、舌边各部红外辐射光谱的差异。方法:采用高灵敏度PHE201体表红外光谱仪检测53名乳腺增生病患者舌前、舌中、舌边各部6.75～16μm波段的红外辐射光谱。结果:乳腺增生病患者舌前、舌中、左右舌边各部红外辐射光谱形态相似;在检测的38个波长检测点中有17个点(10.5～11.75μm、12.0μm、12.75μm、14.0μm、14.25～16.0μm)乳腺增生病患者舌前与右舌边及舌中红外辐射强度比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺增生病患者舌面各部红外辐射强度有明显的差异,部分证明了舌面各部候脏腑功能的诊断思想的客观性。

Objective： To compare infrared spectrums of the tip, middle part and two sides of tongue of patients with hyperplasia of breast glands. Methods： A high-sensitive PHE201 infrared spectrum detective device was applied to detect 6.75-16 μm spectrums of infrared radiation of the tip, middle part and two sides of tongue in 53 patients with hyperplasia of breast glands. Results： The shapes of the infrared spectrums of the tip, the middle part and the both sides of tongues were quite similar. On 17 out of 38 detected wavelength spets（10.5-11.75μm, 12.0μm, 12.75 μm, 14.0 μm, 14.25-16.0 μm）, the intensities of infrared radiation between tongue tip and sides, as well as between tongue tip and middle part of tongue, were significantly different（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The intensities of infrared radiation of different parts of tongue surface of patients with hyperplasia of breasts glands are significantly different at several detected wavelength spots, which partly proves the objectivity of the theory of judging functional states of internal organs according to their locations on the tongue surface.
