摘要
目的:考察硫熏干燥法对百合有效成分的影响。方法:分别采用钼蓝比色法、苯酚硫酸法和香草醛冰醋酸法测定硫熏和非硫熏百合中总磷脂、总多糖及总皂苷含量。结果:硫熏后百合的总磷脂、总多糖及总皂苷含量都明显降低。结论:产地加工时应彻底抛弃硫熏干燥法,采用安全的烘干法。
To determine the effect of sulphur fumigation on the effective components of lily. Methods： The contents of total phosphatide, total polysaccharides and total saponins in sulphur fumigated Lily and non-sulphur fumigated Lily through phosphor molybdate blue and phenol hydrate-sulfuric acid and veniua-glacial acid were detected. Results： The content of total phosphatide, total polysaccharides and total Saponins are all decreased observably after sulphur fumed. Conclusion： Sulphur fumigation should be abandoned completely on lily, and replaced by safe drying method.
