复方芪麝片中川芎挥发油提取及包合工艺研究

Study on Extraction and Clathration Technics in Szechwan Lovage Rhizome Aetherolea from Complex Qishe Pill

目的:探讨复方芪麝片中川芎挥发油最佳提取工艺参数及最佳包合工艺。方法:以挥发油提取率为指标,采用正交实验设计法优选复方芪麝片中川芎挥发油提取工艺参数;同时以包合率为指标,考察不同包合方法对挥发油包合效果的优劣。结果:最佳提取工艺为川芎浸泡2h,加入10倍水提取8h;最佳包合方法为组织捣碎法。结论:挥发油最佳提取方法、包合方法均具有良好重现性。

Objective： To approach optimal technics of extracting and elathrating szeehwan lovage rhizome aetherolea in complex Qishe Pill. Method： Optimal technology of extracting and clthrating szechwan lovage rhizome aetherolea was identified respectively by extraction and clathration percentage in a crosscut experiment. Results： The optimal extraction technics of szechwan lovage rhizome aetherolea is soaking szechwan lovage rhizome for two hours and extracting for 8 hours in 10 times of water; and the optimal ehathration technology is tissue commuting method. Conchusion： Optimal technology of extraction and clathration has favourable reproducibility.
