D683系列船用柴油机是根据国内外各种高速船用柴油机的需要和船艇的特点，设计和研制的高速、轻型、低排放、低噪声、节能型高功率柴油机。该系列船用柴油机的功率从110～258kW（150～350马力），转速从1500～2400r／min，整机结构紧凑，体积小，重量轻。可用于各种高速船艇、游艇、交通艇、工作艇、渔船、拖船等的主机动力和其他各种中小船舶的动力以及船用电站动力。

D683 series of marine diesel is a kind of energy-saving and highefficency diesel with small-volume, light-weight,low-emission and Iownoice.They＇re designed and devel- oped according to the need of highspeed marine engine at home and abroad as well as the features of ships and yachts.The power of this series of diesel ranges from 110 to 258kW （150-350hp） and the revs are 1, 500-2400rpm.They can be used as main engine on speed boats,yachts, commuter boats,work boats,fishers and tugboats,and as power on other middle and small boats and marine power plant. Since they were pushed into market in 2001 ,there are thousands of D683 series of marine diesels at domestic market.Hundreds of diesels were exported to Canada,British, Australia,Tunis,Kampuchea and other countries and regions.The longest using time has reached to ten thousand hours.They receive praise and good reputation for their stable performance and little wear.
