摘要
介绍利用光热偏转技术对铝镜及反射率增强铝镜的激光损伤的热过程进行实时研究。通过研究,观察铝镜及反射率增强铝镜的激光损伤的光热偏转信号的变化.初步了解了铝镜的损伤过程及机理,及其介质膜的存在对损伤过程的影响。
Real time investigstions on the thermal process of laser-induced damage of a Almirror and a reflectance-increasing Al mirror by photothermal displacement technique(PDT)are described. In these studies,changes of the sisnals of PDT of the damage processof Al mirror and reflectance-increasing Al mirror are observed.The mechanism of thethermal damage of Al mirrors and effect of existing dielectric films on the damage processare discussed.
