摘要
目的 建立RP-HPLC测定胆汁与胰液中加替沙星、左氧氟沙星和奥硝唑浓度的方法。方法 以乙腈-0.3%磷酸(16:84,三乙胺调pH为2.5)为流动相,流速为1.0mL·min^-1检测波长286nm。结果 加替沙星、左氧氟沙星、奥硝唑质量浓度分别在0.064~4.80,0.064~4.80,0.16~12.80mg·L^-1内线性关系良好,有较好的回收率与精密度。结论 本法适用于对胆汁与胰液中该3种药物的监测。
OBJECTIVE To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of gatifloxacin,levofloxacin and omidazole in human bile and pancreatic juice. METHODS The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.3% phosphoric acid( 16:84, pH 2.5 adjusted by triethylamine).The flow rate was 1.0 mL· min^-1. The wavelength of UV detection was 286 nm. RESULTS The linearity was obtained in the rang of 0.064 4.80 mg·L^-1 of gatifloxacin, 0. 064 - 4.80 mg·L^-1of levofloxacin and 0.16 - 12.80 mg· L^-1 of ornidazole. The average recovery and relative standard deviation were good. CONCLUSION The established method can be used for the determination of the drugs mentioned in bile and pancreatic juice.
