摘要 损耗分析是研究含晶闸管非线性器件系统的重要手段。文中针对联合试验装置TCR阀高电压试验方式,从其拓扑结构和工作原理入手,结合该试验方式中各损耗的分类定义和损耗分析结果,提出了一种基于损耗分析的数学模型,并利用Matlab软件定性分析了数学模型的特性,最后通过与EMTDC软件仿真结果的对比分析,验证了数学模型的正确性和全面性。该文结论对含晶闸管非线性器件大容量系统的分析具有很好的指导作用。 Loss analysis is an important method for studying nonlinear thyristor systems. The paper began with the topology structure and working theory of the TCR valve high voltage test mode. Then based on the loss classifying and the loss analyzing, one mathematical model with losses is presented. The mathematical model is qualitative analyzed by Matlab, and its validity and all sidedness are verified by comparing with the EMTDC simulation results. The conclusions have an instruction role for analyzing the high power nonlinear thyristor systems.
