地方高等教育与区域经济的科学发展——以南通为例的实证简析

On Regional Higher Education and the Scientific Development of Regional Economy

随着我国社会主义市场经济进程的加快和层次的深入,高等教育已经不是简单意义上的学堂,定位不再局限于教书育人和学术交流的层面,同时背负着振兴民族经济的重大责任,作用也日显其重,成为推进国民经济全面、协调、可持续发展的重要力量。所以说,高等教育也是生产力。区域经济是国民经济中富有活力的细胞。从某种意义上来讲,区域经济盛,整体国民经济盛;区域经济衰,整体国民经济衰。其作用不可小视。在探索如何加快发展的进程中,区域经济可以采用更灵活的方法,加强与地方高等教育的合作就是一个有效途径。地方高等教育与区域经济科学发展不是简单的决定与被决定的关系,也不是毫不相干的平行关系,而是在一个大环境下互相促进、共同发展的利益共同体关系。区域经济发展得好,地方高等教育就有了强大的物质支撑力和载体;地方高等教育发展上去了,又能反过来推动区域经济上新台阶。通过这种良性互动两者将实现双赢。以南通作实证分析,提出策略选择。

Along with China solialist market economy＇s advancing, the higher education does already not mean only a school which focus on both academy and behavior or personality, but also is shouldering the responsibility to energize national economy. Therefore , the higher education is also one of the productive force. Regional economy is one of energetic cell in the national economy. The sum of the multitudinous regional economy is the overall national economy. Therefore, regional economy and national economy share each other＇s ups and downs. In exploring the speeding up the development of regional economy, the regional economy will use a more flexible method to cooperate with the higher education. The relationship between the higher education and regional economy is neither the relationship of deciding and being decided, nor paralleling. It is a relationship of mutually promoting. Only when the regional economy developed better, does the higher education have a powerful material support and cartier. The development of higher education will impel the regional economy up to a new stair as return. The article takes Nantong as an example to make a real diagnosis analysis.
