摘要 运用访谈法、问卷调查法、文献检索法以及数理统计法对辽宁省排球后备力量培养现状进行调查与研究.通过对辽宁省排球运动后备力量运动员人数、分布区域、身高的数据分析,认为辽宁省排球后备人才资源在国内具有优势,但目前中小学排球运动开展状况不理想,从事后备力量培养的教练员专业理论水平薄弱以及排球运动场馆设施不完善,需要加大宣传力度,采取有力措施改变现状,以促进我国排球运动的发展. The thesis, based on strategies of interview, questionnaire, documentation and statistics, elaborates on the present situation Of volleyball reserve forces in Liaoning province from such aspects as the development of volleyball in Liaon- ing province, the distribution of young volleyball athletes, the condition of their height, the coaches and the facilities and draws the conclusion that though Liaoning province is rich in the reserve forces, the volleyball development is not ideal in primany and middle schools, and the professional theory of the coaches training the reverve forces needs improving. Also effective measures should be taken to equip the gymnasium well for the further development of volleyball in our country.
