摘要
2005年11月，上海黄金交易所、中国人民银行金融市场司和中国工商银行上海分行等单位组成考察团访问了巴西期货交易所（BM＆F）及巴西证监会，重点了解了BM＆F的管理模式、市场服务功能以及风险控制等情况。此次考察开阔了视野，为更好地发展国内黄金市场提供了有益经验。
In November 2005, a delegation consisting of representatives from the Shanghai Gold Exchange, the Financial Market Department of the People＇s Bank of China, and the Shanghai branch of the Industrial ＆ Commercial Bank of China visited BM＆F as well as the Brazilian Securities Regulatory Commission, to better understand BM＆F＇ administrative model, market services functions and risk control mechanisms, This visit broadened our horizon, providing valuable experience for better developing the domestic gold market.
