单侧唇裂术中红唇修复方法的选择

Choice of Vermilion Repair Methods in Unilateral Cleft Lip

目的在单侧唇裂白唇修复的基础上进行红唇的整复,以达术后上唇有满意的整体外形效果。方法根据裂隙两侧红唇组织的薄弱不同进行分型,采用不同的手术方法。结果术后红唇基本达到左右两侧均匀、对称,符合两侧唇峰向口角逐渐变薄的生理特点,上唇外形满意。结论单侧唇裂患者因病变不同,个体发育不同,手术方法不能单一,明确术中裂隙两侧红唇的分型,采取不同的手术方式,可以避免失误的发生,使患者获得满意的治疗效果。

Objective To explore .satisfactory repairing effects for the unilateral cleft lip by repairing vermilion based on the therapy of white - lip. Methods Varied operation methods were adapted to the subtype of the unilateral cleft lip assorted by the weakness degree of vermilion tissue near the fissula. Results After operation, the both sides of vermilion were homogeneous and symmetric, and according with the physiologic tendency. The form of the upper lip was satisfactory. Conclusions The operation methods should be various according to the status of chapped lips and the individual development. The appropriate therapy method can prevent mistakes and attain a satisfactory effect.
