留置尿管患者尿路真菌感染临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Urinary Tract Fungal Infection in Patients with Catheterization in Department of Urology

目的探讨引起泌尿外科留置尿管患者尿路真菌感染的因素,以预防或减少尿路真菌感染的发生。方法对我科因泌尿外科疾病需要留置尿管患者尿路真菌感染19例进行回顾性分析。结果19例尿路真菌感染病例感染前均使用抗菌药物,其中预防性用药11例。真菌感染类型主要是白色念珠菌感染,感染发生与患者原发病、年龄、留置尿管时间、抗生素应用等有关。结论留置尿管、免疫力低下和不合理使用抗生素是导致泌尿系真菌感染的主要因素。

Objective To study the inducing factors of urinary tract fungal infection in patients with catheterization in the Department of Urology, and the means to reduce the incidence rate of fungus infection. Methods The clinical data of 19 eases with urinary fungal infection in our Department was analyzed retrospectively. Results All 19 cases accepted antibiotic before urinary fungal infection, and 11 of them were for prevention. The main fungal was candida albicans. The infection rate was connected with the severe primary disease, age, retention time of urethral catheter, and the application of antibiotic. Conclusions Indwelling catheter, lower immunity condition and irrational use of antibiotics were the main faetors of urinary fungal infection.
