行纤维支气管镜检查术不同麻醉方法的比较

Comparison of Different Anesthesia Methods in Fiberbronchoscope Examination

目的比较行纤维支气管镜检查不同麻醉方法的优劣。方法89例(98例次)纤维支气管镜检查患者随机分成两组,试验组50例次,采用含漱法+环甲膜穿刺法麻醉;对照组48例次,采用喷雾法+气管滴注法麻醉。观察两组检查中麻醉效果,达到有效麻醉时间及麻醉维持时间。结果麻醉效果优良率:试验组92%(46/50),对照组72.9%(35/48),两组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。达到有效麻醉时间:试验组(15±5)min,对照组(20±5)min,两组有显著差异(P<0.01)。麻醉维持时间:试验组(30±5)min,对照组(20±5)min,两组有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论在纤维支气管镜检查中含漱法+环甲膜穿刺法麻醉效果较好,操作过程中病人痛苦小,值得推广。

Objective To compare the effect and safety of different anesthetic methods in fiberbronehoseope examination. Methods 98 cases needed flberbronehoscope examination were randomly divided into two groups; the experiment group （ n = 50） reeelved gargarisma and thyroericoeentesis anesthesia, while the control group （n = 48 ）received spraying and endotraeheal anesthesia. The anesthetic effect, time attained valid anesthesia and hold time in the two groups were observed. Results There were significantly differences in the anesthesia effective rate （experiment 92 %, control 72.9 % ）, the time attained valid anesthesia （experiment 15±5 minutes; control 20±5 minutes）, and the hold time （experiment 30±5 minutes, control 20±5 minutes） of the two groups （P〈 0.01）. Conclusions Anaesthesia with gargarisma and thyrocricocentesis in the fiberbronchoseope examination is effective and safe and worth to be recornmended.
