2002～2004年度我院用血情况分析

Analysis of clinical blood transfusion in our hospital from the year of 2002 to 2004

目的探讨用血量与血型、月份的变化规律,建立有效的用血预警机制.方法对2002～2004年度总用血量、每月用血量和各血型用血量进行回顾性分析.结果总用血量吴逐年上升趋势,增幅为19%左右;各血型用血量为A型＞O型＞B型＞AB型;每年的3、4月份和11、12月份用血量较大,1、2月份和5、6月份用血量相对较小,第四季度用血量比其他季度增加7%～10%;成份血的使用趋于合理,全血的使用有待改进.结论了解了总用血量和各血型用血量的变化规律,为做好每年不同时期的血液供应和血液储备,提供了科学的依据.

Objective To analyses the law of variety in the consumption of blood, blood type and month, and build up the valid forewarning mechanism of blood transfusion. Methods The total consumption of blood from 2002 to 2004, the consumption of blood in every month and every kind of blood type were analyzed retrospectively. Results The total consumption of blood was on the increase year by year（ 19% or so） ;The consumption of blood in each blood type was A〉O〉B〉ABIThe consumption of blood was more in march, April, November and December,and was less in january, February, May and June every year.There was an increase of 7% -10% in the consumption of blood in the fourth quarter than other any quarter. The consumption of the composition blood tended to be reasonable, but the usage of the whole blood needs to be improved. Conclusions The law of variety in the consumption of blood and the consumption of blood in each blood type provides scientific basis for working well in supply and storage of blood in the different stages of every year.
