Long Term Investment,Quantity of Land and the Farmers' Preference to the Land System

本文首先从理论上说明了为什么不同地区的具有不同特征的农户会选择不同的土地制度,从而为理解目前的形势提供了一个理论框架;然后分析了大部分农户不赞成更稳定的土地制度的原因。我们认为,农户对未来的不确定,尤其是对未来农产品市场的不确定,和对未来从事行业的不确定可能会促使农户选择更不稳定的土地制度。因此,推行30年不变土地制度的关键在于消除农户面临的诸多不确定性。

This paper firstly shows the reasons for the difference choices of difference farmers, and then analyzes reasons for many farmers＇ opposing 30-year-unchanged land system. We think that the uncertainty about the future facing farmers will lead to unstable land system. Therefore, reducing the uncertainty facing farmers is the critical factor for carrying out 30-year- unchanged land system.
