摘要
从冷脆断裂的本质出发,分析了冷脆断裂各种诱发因素,通过大量的试验,分别初步建立了载荷控制的冷脆断裂图、名义应力控制的冷脆断裂图和断裂应力控制的冷脆断裂图。通过对38CrA钢显微组织参量、工作状态应力和工作环境条件对冷脆断裂的定量或半定量的研究,初步建立了3维的断裂应力控制的冷脆断裂的雏型,并讨论它在冷脆断裂和预防、冷脆安全评估及冷脆断裂控制设计等方面的应用。
According to the nature of brittle fracture at low temperature,the significant factors,which influence low temperature brittieness,was analysed.Through a lot of experiments,the low temperature brittle fracture diagram controlled by load,nominal stress and fracture stress were established respectively.After were investigated quantitatively the influerce of microstructure parameter,conditional stress and environmental condition on low temperature brittle fracture,the three dimensional iow temperature brittle fracture diagram was established preliminarily,and its applications in the diagnosis,prevention,safe e-valuation and design was discussed.
